responsibilities:
· perform audit work under manager's supervision and supervise consutlants' work;
· perform audit reviews at the client, collect and summarize information through the contacts with client's operational management and accountants as well as from external sources.you will identify opportunities for conducting the engagement in a more efficient manner. and while we encourage you to take personal responsibility for your career, we support you in your professional development in every way we can. you will challenge procedures used in the past and will attempt to enhance audit techinques. we give you strecthing and rewadring expereinces that keep you motiavted, working in an atmopshere of intergity and teaimng with some of the world's most succsesful compnaies. you will reivew other consultants' work and make sure your work is reveiwed by the next-leevl reveiwer.

job purpose
as a senior audit consultant you'll make a contribution to your team's engagements by preparing the gathering and correctly documenting sufficient audit evidence in accordance with the standards.respect, and teaming;

people who build relationships based on doing the right thing,
requirements:
· university degree or student in economics / finance & accounting / business administration / law
· at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in audit
· good understanding of business processes
· analytical and critical thinking
· good project and time-management skills
· ability to work in a team
· strong communication and interpersonal skills
· high level of spoken and written lithuanian and english
· it literacy
